Our Story
In 2019, owner Nic Yanes turned his creative vision into reality by reimagining the upscale Italian experience of Juniper into a laid-back and approachable everyday experience for all. The outcome was Uncle Nicky’s, a collaborative venture with Travis Tober of Nickel City and the founders of Via313, Brandon and Zane Hunt.
Uncle Nicky’s captures the charming and authentic atmosphere of Northern Italian cafes and brings it to Austin. We offer quality casual dining with a cozy neighborhood feel, serving everything from all-day breakfast to late-night bites.
